HOW LONG DO WE HAVE THE DOWNSTAIRS ROOM RESERVED PRIVATELY?
We require a 50 person minimum for 3 hours ending by 10pm on Fridays & Saturdays for a food and beverage minimum required spend. The room will open up to the public at 10pm, when you and your guests are more than welcome to stay in the shared space.
CAN WE PLAY OUR OWN MUSIC?
When you have the room reserved privately, yes. We have a mixer with an auxiliary cord to connect to an Android. If you have an iPhone or Apple product, you will need to bring in your own adapter. If you do not want to bring in your own music, we use the same sound system as the main floor.
ARE YOU ALLOWED TO BRING IN DESSERT? WHAT ABOUT DÉCOR?
Downstairs party room: yes, you can come in up to 30 minutes prior to your reservation to decorate or bring in a cake. We cannot accept cake deliveries or have the cake dropped off earlier in the day.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT DRINK SCENARIOS FOR THE DOWNSTAIRS PARTY ROOM?
Cash Bar: Guests pay for their own drinks by consumption either by opening individual drink tabs or pay cash. Your guests' drinks will go towards your food and beverage minimum required spend.
Drink Package: Choose from one of three drink packages. All guests must purchase the same drink package for entry with either cash or credit card. This can be paid individually upon entry or by one person. 20% gratuity is added to all drink packages.
Consumption Tab: Drinks ordered by consumption, covered by one person.
***Tax is automatically added to all tabs & gratuity for cash bar or consumption. tab will need to be added by each guest as it is NOT included in the price.
DO YOU CHARGE A ROOM RENTAL FEE? WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Downstairs party room: we do not charge a room fee. You will just need to meet the minimum required spend to reserve the room. There is a 1 week cancellation, detailed in your contract, and should you cancel within 1 week, your card on file will get charged a $200 cancellation fee.
WHAT IS A FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM?
A food and beverage minimum is the monetary amount required to spend, in both food & beverage by you and your guests, to reserve the designated area on the agreed upon date. This amount can be reached with both food & drink, either pre-ordered or ordered the day of your reservation. The f/b minimum is the amount needed to be reached before tax & gratuity. Should you not meet the minimum, will we be charged a line item amount as a "room fee". Tax is added, by law, to each individual tab and gratuity will need to be added by each individual, either by card or cash. We suggest an industry standard of 20-25%. 20% gratuity is added to all drink packages.
