What is a food and beverage minimum?

A food and beverage minimum is the monetary amount required to spend, in both food & beverage by you and your guests, to reserve the designated area on the agreed upon date. This amount can be reached with both food & drink, either pre-ordered or ordered the day of your reservation. The f/b minimum is the amount needed to be reached before tax & gratuity. Should you not meet the minimum, will we be charged a line item amount as a "room fee".  Tax is added, by law, to each individual tab and gratuity will need to be added by each individual, either by card or cash.  We suggest an industry standard of 18-25%.
