Our History

The Rathskellar Empties

1925 Cortland Avenue serves as home to several establishments, but the spirit, vivaciousness, and loyalty that Lottie brought to both her tavern and community is lost. Withstanding multiple ownership changes across fourteen years, her spirit is unearthed in 1986. A new bar, which adorns her name, is brought back to recreate Lottie's Bucktown bar atmosphere.
